Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Lounge Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including seating arrangements and refreshments.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
- Provide information about resort amenities and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle special requests from guests with professionalism and care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the lounge area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
