American Nitrile is seeking part-time Finishing Operators to join our growing team! - starts at $17/hour part-time. You can remain part-time or opportunity to move to full-time pretty quickly with benefits a pay raise.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Friday, 4:45pm-9:15pm.

Responsibilities:
- Pulls/Packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Operates various pieces of equipment. • Reports any mechanical problems.
- Utilizes continuous-improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required work-safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills Needed:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Concentration Skills, Strong Attention to Details
- Ability to work well on your own.
- Physical skills like movement, coordination, and dexterity.
- Must be able to lift to 35lbs. 10x per hour (most of the time up to 20 lbs., but large glove boxes weigh up to 35 lbs.)
- Regular attendance and being on time are a must.
- Able to cope with continuous time sensitive work environment • Good hand eye coordination and motor skills.
- Good vision with or without glasses or vision correction
- Be able to work standing - for 45 minutes at a time.
- Comfortable alternating tasks during shift (Packaging to product testing)
- Knowledge of Product Specification and standards
- Multitasking and Time management
