This per diem position supports Messino Cancer Centers in Asheville, NC.
Note : this is a PRN position that provides staff coverage for vacations, PTO, call-outs and additional staffing needs. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, no evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary : Maintains the ordering and stocking of medications and supplies as needed in the clinic. Under supervision of appropriate licensed healthcare professional as defined by State regulations, prepares and mixes medications. Coordinates with drug sales representatives, and pharmaceutical companies to obtain samples, teaching aids, and compassionate drugs. Acts as liaison between Physicians, Nursing, Pharmacy Supervisor and Purchasing in obtaining special order medications.
