What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator - Injection Molding - 1st Shift - Saukville position at American Orthodontics Corp?
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Start-up, shut-down, and operate Injection Molding presses as needed.
- Make adjustments to machines as needed and prepare raw material for processing.
- Visual and microscope inspection of molded products to engineering specifications and drawings.
- Sorting, inspection, and secondary processes as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing
- Experience with injection molding a plus
- Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time
