What are the responsibilities and job description for the Light Assembly - HTH Operator - 3rd Shift position at American Orthodontics?
Duties & Responsibilities
- Chopping and deburring of rods and tubes
- Tack welding and brazing components by hand
- Use ultrasonic to clean product
- Laser marking and inspection of final product
- Hold component pieces with a tweezers while using foot pedal to control flow of paste through syringe
- Load individual pieces into fixture by hand ensuring correct spacing before laser marking
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience reading a print a plus
- Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- $3.00 per hour shift premium
