Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team for Door-to-Door (D2D) sales in the local area. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with residential and commercial clients, presenting our services, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales visits to residential and commercial properties.
- Present and promote pavement maintenance and repair services (sealcoating, crack filling, etc.) to potential clients.
- Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling and door-to-door outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate pricing estimates and information about services offered.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and team targets.
- Track all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, especially door-to-door, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with potential clients in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate the value of our services to clients.
