Summary / Objective
The Graphic Designer creates visual communications on behalf of PayrollOrg (PAYO) and its affiliated companies. The successful candidate creates messaging and imagery consistent with branding and visual specifications. The Graphic Designer works in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
E ssential Functions

- Creates graphic designs that identify a product, service, or message; ensures renderings meet quality and branding specifications.
- Ensures brand standards are being followed consistently across the organization; assists in defining new standards as brands evolve.
- Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layout ideas.
- Performs edits and implements suggestions for review; circulates and tracks a series of drafts that will culminate in final, press-ready artwork.
- Prepares final press-ready package and uploading it to the printers FTP sites.
- Tracks progress of projects to ensure timely completion.
- Work with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand project scope, audience, and intended message.
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Maintains awareness of new technology and trends in printing and digital techniques.
- Maintains knowledge on professional and industry trends.
- Engages in professional development to continuously grow and remain competitive.
