Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $19.00/hr (Starting wage based on experience)
- Overtime & Additional Work: Opportunities available for extra earnings
- Training Provided: No prior pest control experience required; we offer full training and support
- Company Vehicle: Provided upon successful completion of certification
Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, both indoors and outdoors
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering top-quality service and solutions
- Manage daily routes with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Use and maintain pest control equipment and products safely and professionally
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Communicate with clients to assess their needs, offer pest control solutions, and follow up on service quality
- Keep accurate records of services rendered, including customer feedback and pest control measures
Qualifications:
- No prior pest control experience necessary – we will train you
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
- Must possess a clean driving record and successfully pass a criminal background check (required for insurance purposes)
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
