What You'll Do... As an FP&A Analyst with American Pest, you will provide analysis and various reports that support our business operation and month end close. You will manage the reporting of financials to Anticimex HQ, provide advice and technical assistance with our financial systems, work with branch managers on forecasting, and conduct reviews and analysis of monthly actual vs. plan. And, of course, you will with with the VP of Finance and our branch managers to continuously improve efficiency and productivity.
Who You Are... So, what does it take to be a successful as an FP&A Analyst at American Pest? For starters, you'll have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. You'll also have...
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- A strong understanding and functional application of MS Office Suite with an especially strong understanding of Excel is required
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the US) preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- The ability and willingness to keep and maintain confidential information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to be a positive, up-beat, team-player
- A high attention to detail and a desire for getting things right
- The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Upon successful completion of training, pest technicians will receive their own company vehicle with gas card for all work-related driving. Technicians will also be scheduled routes in accordance to their location of residence to reduce drive time and be as efficient as possible. American Pest is a virtually paperless company - our technicians do not need to constantly drive to and from the office.
