Responsibilities
The Executive Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the APS's mission and goals
- Managing a team of staff and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery
- Fostering partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders to advance the interests of the APS
- Representing the APS at national and international events
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, nonprofit management)
- At least seven years of professional experience in management, preferably in a non-profit organization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A deep understanding of philatelic operations and the ability to develop strategies to promote stamp collecting
Benefits Package
