Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician, specializing in the upkeep and repair of piledriving equipment. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our machinery, contributing directly to the success of construction projects across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on piledriving equipment, including hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing repairs and adjustments as needed to minimize downtime.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports and repair logs.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and coordinate equipment availability for upcoming projects.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the construction or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet maintenance deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
