Acquires, retains, reactivates and initiates an increase of play from high-end slot and table guests through personal and professional contact. Provide an exceptionally high quality of service to all guests in accordance with established marketing strategies and internal controls. Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and sustain relationships with VIP guests.
- Introduce new VIP guests to the casino property.
- Develop new markets to target qualified players.
- Represent the casino at on and off property events.
- Empower to ensure guests’ problems / complaints are resolved in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
- Reactivate inactive VIP patrons through direct contact (mail, telephone, text, e-mail etc.).
- Meet required goals for special events, advance hotel reservations and new player sign-ups.
- Provide complimentary amenities to guests who have attained the necessary level of play.
- Book hotels, special events, and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Facilitate the effective management of information throughout the department and casino.
- Maintain strong communication with all company departments in order to complete assigned duties successfully.
- Assist with credit application process.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the casino facility and current and upcoming events on property; advice guests and employees.
- Responsible to supervise player development staff as assigned.
- Provide service to internal and external customers.
- Facilitates dinner arrangements, reservations, and requests.
- Answers telephones according to department standards to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGB Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: One or more year’s experience in a casino environment with comping system experience. Supervisory experience in a casino environment a plus. Sales, business management, operation, customer service, telemarketing, or casino industry experience preferred.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year related casino experience and or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelors’ degree desirable
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel programs, GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) great organizational skills, ability to accurately perform data entry. Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and calmly; skillful problem solver, strong casino industry knowledge, and prior hosting knowledge.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Must be able to obtain an Illinois Gaming License.
- Other Specialized Requirements: Service quality characteristics including courtesy, promptness, professionalism, and confidentiality. Effective communication skills. Ability to effectively handle conflict. Professional appearance and presentation. Able to work a flexible schedule. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting. Professional appearance and presentation.
