The Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying parts against packing slips and purchase orders, and ensuring they are correctly tagged and staged for upcoming projects. This role will also support outbound shipments and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations. This is a 3 month temporary position. If you are the right fit, there is the possibility for the position to extend or turn into a full time opportunity based on business needs.

- Project Success: You are the driving force behind our projects. As the primary person responsible for parts readying, you ensure that over 300 projects and 10,000 unique parts are organized and staged. With your careful preparation, our installation projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming shipments within one business day of arrival, ensuring accuracy in verifying parts and paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Assist with outgoing shipments.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- After onboarding training is completed, the right candidate will be able to work independently.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines and address last-minute requests.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Must be able to commute to the Woburn, MA office, as this is an in-person role.
- Prior experience in receiving, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
