American Plant is seeking full time seasonal sales associate for our interior (house plant) and tropical plant department. We are looking for proven leaders in the field of customer service.
The interior plant/greenhouse sales associate is responsible for:
- providing an unique personal shopping experience for our clients;
- assisting and advising clients with interior and tropical plants, including orchids;
- creating custom flowering, foliage and orchid arrangements;
- maintaining a clean and organized department;
- pricing and stocking and developing seasonal displays;
- unloading and processing plant material from trucks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- an upbeat positive attitude;
- an interest in learning about interior and tropical plants;
- retail experience.
Must be able to work one weekend day and be able to lift at least 40 lbs. We offer paid time off, medical, dental and vision benefits and a 401(k) plan for full time employees.
