Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Assist in order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify discrepancies in inventory records and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move products within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience in order fulfillment processes and sourcing strategies is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
