The Lead Trainer plays a vital role in the onboarding and training of new hire at American Plastics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Competent in all areas of applicable production protocol and processes
  • No more than 4 points to qualify
  • No second write-up in any area
  • Able to run all presses efficiently, while meeting all quality standards.
  • Always follows safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for themselves and others.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Perform other diversified tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Be able to work a 12-hour schedule
