We are seeking a motivated Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Intern to join our team Findlay, Ohio Team.
This internship offers hands-on experience in workplace safety, environmental compliance, and health initiatives. You will support EHS programs, conduct audits, and assist in developing safety procedures while gaining valuable industry knowledge. This is a part-time internship (we will work around school schedules) and will report to the EHS Manager, Findlay, Ohio.

- Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Help develop and implement EHS policies and training materials.
- Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze EHS data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Assist in waste management, air quality monitoring, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety culture.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Gain practical experience in environmental and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards (preferred).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- At least 18 years of age.
