We are searching for Summer 2025 Maintenance Technician Interns to join our teams reporting to the Maintenance Manager for one of our five locations – Tiffin or Findlay, OH, Kingman, AZ, Jefferson City, MO or Simpsonville, SC.
This internship is designed to give Maintenance Technicians that don’t have experience the opportunity to develop and learn more in the field of Maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Participate in corrective, preventive, and improvement work orders
- Learn and participate in routine equipment/facility repairs
- Learn and use root cause analysis when troubleshooting any process problems
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) prior to Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Gathers information for performance improvements during PM activities
- Pursing studies in maintenance, automation technology, machine shop
- Desire to work in manufacturing as industrial maintenance technician
- Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day
- Must be able to occasionally lift up-to 70 pounds
- Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time
- Will require flexibility regarding shifts.
