American Pool was founded in 1984 and has since grown to be the largest commercial swimming pool management, maintenance, construction, and recreational facility management operation in the United States. Our organization employs over 7,500 lifeguards and 300 full-time, year-round employees. Position Description:
- Responsible for the operation, oversight and management of 30-40 commercial aquatic facilities
- Manage the field operations team of supervisors, pool managers and lifeguards for designated aquatic sites
- Identify, propose and communicate sales of construction, parts and repairs at managed properties
- Respond to issues with clients, employees and site managers; Communicating solutions and soliciting feedback on responses
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve chemical, mechanical, and operational problems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Aquatics or Facility Management is Required
- Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and display a strong worth ethic
- Able to communicate in both verbal and written forms
- Able to work independently and in team environments
- Customer Service Oriented
This position is full-time with the need for immediate hire. Position will include the use of a company vehicle for work purposes. Position is entry level with the ability for upward growth within the organization.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
