American Pool was founded in 1984 and has since grown to be the largest commercial swimming pool management, maintenance, construction, and recreational facility management operation in the United States. Our organization employs over 7,500 lifeguards and 300 full-time, year-round employees. Each day is an opportunity for us to provide safer and more enjoyable poolside experiences to our clients and their guests. From hiring and training the best lifeguards or getting a repair done right, our team is dedicated to resolving our clients' swimming pool challenges every day.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help provide general office support to existing staff.
Skills
- Previous work experience in related field
- Ability to accurately process numerical data
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills a must
- Team player with a strong work ethic and problem solving attitude
- Confidentiality
- Ability to quickly learn new programs
- Familiarity with Google based programs
Schedule:
- 8-5 pm
- Monday to Friday; (Seasonal, varying Weekends)
- Expectations of Additional Seasonal Hrs
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day assistance to peers and Supervisors
- Ability to manage large volume of work in a deadline driven environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Assist with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll and other General Administrative Duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
