What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at American Pool?
The Amenity Collective is looking for a detail-oriented individual, well versed in general ledger accounting to make an immediate impact to the organization as the Accounting Manager.
The Accounting Manager is responsible for key financial accounting activities that will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Prepare general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Oversee and maintain fixed asset accounting process
- File multi-state sales & use tax returns
- File and business license and property tax returns
- Key contact and preparer of supporting schedules for audits
- Support application and publishing of principles, practices and procedures of accounting for the
organization in accordance with US GAAP
