Director of Service

We are looking for a Residential Maintenance Director to lead our pool service repair team, focusing on training, managing residential operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Essential Responsibilities

Leadership in Training : Develop and oversee training programs for technicians to master swimming pool equipment maintenance, including driving training.

Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of service operations, including team leadership, scheduling, inventory management, and safety compliance, to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional service quality, and alignment with organizational goals

Diagnostic Expertise : Lead in inspecting and diagnosing diverse pool equipment, ensuring prompt

and effective resolution of issues.

Client Relations : Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with

professionalism and excellence.

Team and Resource Management : Efficiently manage technician schedules, company resources,

and maintain high operational standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Industry Experience : Minimum of 3 years in swimming pool maintenance or repair (filters, pumps,

motors, salt systems).
