Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, clean, and fun welcoming environment for employees, guests, and others.
- Upholding a culture and standard of constant vigilance and safety.
- Managing and communicating daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensuring and maintaining a full lifeguard schedule for facility hours.
- Communicating with patrons, on site management, and American Pool supervisory personnel.
- Overseeing day to day operations including maintenance of pool chemical levels and filtration equipment.
