As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Architectural Representative to build lasting relationships with architects and engineers and get our precast walls specified into more projects from the ground up.
Position Summary:
We're seeking a passionate and outgoing Architectural Rep to introduce our wall systems to design professionals and get them spec’d into commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential plans. Your mission: build strong relationships, educate key influencers, and be the go-to expert for precast solutions in early project design phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with architects, engineers, and specifiers via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and site visits.
- Host Lunch & Learns, webinars, and presentations to showcase our wall systems and build product familiarity.
- Leverage AIA network to schedule continuing education sessions and increase brand presence.
- Provide technical support and product information to ensure correct specification of our systems.
- Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to transition leads into opportunities.
- Track contacts, communications, and project updates using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Attend tradeshows, industry events, and mixers to build awareness and grow the pipeline.
- Keep a pulse on architectural trends, competitor products, and new construction projects in your territory.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in architectural sales, construction materials, or a related field.
- Strong network or experience working with AEC professionals (Architects, Engineers, Contractors).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of precast concrete systems is a plus—but not required if you’re a quick learner.
