Now we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist who’s ready to step into the action and help us keep our projects running like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do:
As our Procurement Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our operations team—sourcing and purchasing the materials, hardware, and shop supplies we need to deliver exceptional quality on tight timelines. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure that everything arrives on time, every time.
· Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Purchasing raw materials (metals, plastics, etc.), hardware, and shop supplies for ongoing manufacturing projects
· Tracking orders and proactively managing lead times and delivery schedules
· Building relationships with vendors and negotiating pricing, terms, and availability
· Maintaining organized purchase records and working within our ERP system (Fulcrum)
· Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery
· Collaborating with engineering and shop teams to clarify purchasing needs and resolve supply issues
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain—preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency—you don’t let things fall through the cracks
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Familiarity with ERP systems and basic knowledge of manufacturing materials and processes
· A team player mindset and a passion for solving problems
