We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual machining, with the ability to operate and maintain a variety of machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Set up and operate manual machining tools with precision.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand specifications and requirements.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of different materials and machining techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
