We have an opening for an Apartment Maintenance in Croswell, MI. This position will be maintnence for two properties right next to each other. The ideal candidate will be responsible for make readies, completing work orders, shop cleanliness, customer satisfaction, ordering of necessary supplies and general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring all physical aspects of the property meet company standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· 2 years of maintenance experience
· EPA certification preferred
· Strong mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience
· Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
· Make Readies
· Maintaining grounds
· Strong communication and people management skills
· Complete quarterly preventative maintenance program
· Inventory Control
· Ability to be on call and respond quickly to calls
· Snow removal
· Other duties and special projects as assigned
· Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering bids for projects
