Job Summary:
The Special Education Project Lead will manage special projects related to the LEA special education program as assigned by the Compliance Director.
Duties/Responsibilities
Acts as project lead on assigned special projects
Receives orientation to project from identified project team members
Designs project based upon information received
Gains project approval from Compliance Director
Communicates needs to project team members
Sets timelines and benchmarks and communicates them to the team
Schedules and manages project meetings with team members as needed
Submits project development assets to Compliance Director according to project schedule
Makes adjustments to project as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Management experience; certificate preferred
Required Skills
Research ability with output into shared tools for team access
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills that reflect an ability to encourage positive collaboration with all team members
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
Working Environment
Work settings are in an office environment.
Physical Requirements (not limited to the following):
Prolonged periods sitting and working on computer to complete necessary paperwork

The current cost for an infant in the center, full-time is $550 per month (the price reduces with the age of the child). This is compared to market rates ranging from $850-$1075
