Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machinist Tool and Die Maker to join our team.

The Tool and Die Maker will work closely with engineers and production staff to develop and maintain tooling for stamping presses, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, develop, and build dies.
- Set up machines according to specific job requirements, including necessary tooling and adjustments.
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing tooling designs for enhanced efficiency.
- Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating stamping presses, lathes, milling machines, and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
