We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join the team at American Process Management (APM) on a 2 year project. You will be working in an exciting work environment on site with a fortune 500 company. This position is full time on-site in Brigham City, UT.
APM uses proprietary processes to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.
Responsibilities
- Meet with project stakeholders to capture project status.
- Maintain change management and project risk logs.
- Maintaining document control to respective project
- Managing internal/external documents
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Experience within SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
