We are seeking a Project Cost Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM is changing the industry by combining data analytics and project controls. APM brings real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.
Job Responsibilities
- Interface with project team, contractors, and vendors to ensure cohesive understand of project status and total scope
- Work with contractors to track and report on project quantities installed and productivity rates
- Lead change management analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cost analyst and scheduling team to ensure construction scope is properly accounted for in schedule and forecast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to evolving environments and handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Possess high professional standards, approach, and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
