As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and lead the building of new homes from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the construction process.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Implement and enforce safety measures on construction sites
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
*Experience*
- Proven experience in construction management of Residential Homes
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols
- Experience with project scheduling tools for efficient project planning
- Knowledge of industry-specific software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, or ProCore is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
