Seeking highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our beautiful apartment community in the San Marco area. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail. HVAC experience is preferred but not required. Base pay is based on skills, experience and leadership level. Great work environment and benefits!
Responsibilities Include:
- All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
- Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC
- Completing service requests
- Grounds maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- HVAC certification preferred but not required
- Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience preferred
- Plumbing & electrical skills
- Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
- Own tools & transportation
- Strong communication skills
