Seeking highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team at our beautiful apartment community in the Regency area. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail. HVAC experience is required. Base pay is based on skills, experience and leadership level. Great work environment and benefits!
Responsibilities Include:
- All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
- Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical
- Completing service requests
- Grounds maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- HVAC certification
- Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience
- Plumbing & electrical skills
- Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
- Own tools & transportation
- Strong communication skills
