POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a director-level marketing subject matter expert (SME) with a successful track record of infrastructure/data center marketing experience to join our integrated marketing team. The Marketing Director reports to SVP, Integrated Marketing, and performs at both the strategic and tactical level, to direct, manage, and deliver integrated marketing for AREP's data center platform, PowerHouse Data Centers.
As a Marketing Director, you will apply your experience, technical marketing, and project management expertise to develop and deliver full-funnel data center marketing. As a skilled collaborator and consensus builder, you will be the marketing lead between PowerHouse project teams, partners, agencies, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing agencies, managing information and budgets, and reporting on marketing performance.

Your leadership and guidance are critical in delivering excellence in service to our external and internal PowerHouse customers, and you have a critical role in supporting AREP and PowerHouse's strategic and corporate goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Champion the AREP and PowerHouse brand; voice, tone, style, design, behavior
- Serve as the lead and single point of contact for internal and external partner collaborators and third-party agency teams to ensure effective and streamlined execution of data center marketing programming and deliverables
- Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage the creative development process from start to finish
- Manage tactical marketing execution and information/content integrity through to completion
- Manage and develop marketing tools, visual & digital assets and collateral
- Manage and develop PowerHouse’s digital platforms
- Manage and develop PowerHouse’s PR strategy & activities supporting business goals
- Other integrated marketing duties as assigned.
This marketing role is not a remote position. The successful candidate is required to be at the corporate headquarters in Mclean, Virginia. It will require periodic travel to data center project locations as per the marketing programming strategy. This is not a data center project management role.
