We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who is a confident, dependable, organized professional to coordinate our busy front desk in our Lufkin office. You will act as the ‘face’ of our companies and ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome and friendly service. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest services.
As a Front Office Coordinator, you are a brand ambassador for our Realtors and customers alike, and should combine a pleasant personality with a professional attitude. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and a cheerful, fun personality! You must be computer savvy, have a willingness to learn and grow in the position, and be able to handle different personalities with a service-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary supplies and material
- Work together as a team with office support staff in all locations
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customer requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Monitor paper and office supplies for reordering purposes
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Assist with transaction administration
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (minimum 2 years or more administrative experience)
- Hands-on experience with standard office equipment
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, multi-line phone system, and basic office procedures
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- High School diploma required; additional certification is a plus
- Real Estate and/or Property Management experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
