Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University, NursingMaster's degree from an accredited College or University in Healthcare fieldFive (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience in Surgical Services as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years of acute care nursing leadership experience in Surgical ServicesRequired Skills - Director of Surgical Services - Certifications, Licenses
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of CaliforniaCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American HeartCurrent Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American HeartCurrent Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification through the American Heart Association is preferredSpecialty Certification preferredPay range and compensation package - $180,000 to $215,000 and relocation consideration.
