Imaging MRI Manager - Greater Austin, TX
We seek a highly experienced and dedicated MRI Imaging leader to join our team in the Greater Austin area of TX.

Level I Trauma Center and Academic Medical Center
High-volume, high-complexity cases
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in MRI imaging and hold appropriate certifications in ARMRIT and ARRT-M.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, high-complexity MRI department.
Ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow, streamline processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MRI technologists, Assistants and LVNs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient scheduling, resource utilization, and patient turnaround times.
Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of MRI equipment.
Manage department budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on departmental activities and performance.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in MRI imaging.
Appropriate Certification ARMRIT, ARRT-M.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
