Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage perioperative services in alignment with hospital policies and high standards of practice. (OR, Pre / Post, PAT, and Endo)
Foster a culture of safety and quality within the surgical team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Mentor, motivate, and develop a team of skilled nursing professionals.
Evaluate performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For :
Current RN license in California and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3 years of RN experience in perioperative services and three plus years in a nurse manager or supervisor leadership role.
Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for team development, and patient care excellence.
