IT BUSINESS ANALYST
ARC Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join a leading international hospitality company remotely from the US. The Business Analyst must be experienced in working with analytics/reporting, generative AI/chatbots, and on Scrum/Agile dev teams
Candidate must have permanent work authorization and work on our W2.
The Business Analyst will review chatbot performance and transcripts to create recommendations for improvement. They will also communicate chatbot capabilities to internal stakeholders and work with them to gather requirements for enhancements and issues
Create user stories for chatbot enhancements and work with development team to refine
Monitor chatbot performance metrics and identify underlying reasons for changes

Business Analyst Required Skills
- 3 years as a Business Analyst
- Experience writing user stories or similar software requirements
- Experience with chat and chatbots
- Ability to clearly communicate with the development team and internal stakeholders through written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Scrum/agile development teams
- Experience with generative AI, especially in chatbots
- Experience with analytics/using reporting to provide context for prioritization
