Primary Job Responsibilities:-
-Market electronic devices on the eBay and market place Platform
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and shipments.
- Provide customers with information about shipping costs and product prices. - Review order files to determine the quantity and type of products ordered.
- Check both online and physical inventory to assess product availability.
- Pick, pack, label, and ship products to customers while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Address customer complaints regarding service and product quality, with the aim of resolving their issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- eBay experience is essential (either personally or professionally).
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission each month based on performance.
