Position Title : Customer Service Representative
Compensation :
Full-time, Non-Exempt (NE23) commensurate with experience.

Scope & Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative : (Not limited to)
This position communicates with customers by fax, phone, e-mail, and electronic data interface concerning orders, shipments, returns, product availability, terms, complaints, and other business-related matters. Receives and accurately enters orders from phone, fax, email, and EDI into database.
- Tracks open orders according to lead time required by productions, credit issues, and customer need.
- Maintains awareness of inventory levels and credit policies.
- Ensures customer pricing is verified.
- Communicates all relevant issues to the customer, salesperson, and product managers as necessary; coordinates with other departments to resolve conflicts.
- Respond to callouts during unscheduled work times to address customer service matters as needed.
- Monitor security cameras and safety systems with prompt notification to H&S Team of any unusual or irregular activities or areas of concern.
- Minimal supervision with the ability to execute a work plan or program of work from written documents or verbal instruction.
