Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at American Renal Associates, you will play a critical role in providing patient-centered care to individuals with ESRD. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
