Licensed Practical Nurse, LPNOur License Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families.Requirements :
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR / BLS certification.
- IV certification if required by state of practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
