Job Description:
American Renal Associates seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered care, promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular patient assessments, documenting progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote self-management skills and empower patients to take an active role in their care.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
