ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Work with users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and specific uses of business applications in meeting operational needs.
- Supports business application users, reviewing and resolving process and application issues.
- Serves as liaison between local entity and Corporate ERP-IT team.
- Develop proposals and implementation plans for business system resolutions to user needs including resources required (personnel and costs) to execute.
- Drive business system application related projects, to deliver against committed schedules. Resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Regularly meet with managers and users to evaluate business system performance and as needed develop and recommend improvements.
- Develop necessary knowledge base to become the subject matter expert (SME) in the interconnectedness of various business applications (SAP, Power Bi COAGO, ATR, AZO, etc.).
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures (5S, Safety, ARC policies, especially IT-policies).
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Hands on experience with SQL or other database platforms
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Knowledge of Maintaining and Handling of ERP-Systems (SAP) and other business intelligence platforms (Power Bi)
- Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control systems
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
