What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Sales position at American Renovation?
We are looking for door-to-door salespeople. We will provide all the necessary training. We have the software and technology to get you in front of 50 Leads per day. You will need a vehicle.
We are a Public Adjuster and General Contractor that handles hail/wind/tornado losses for Homeowners. This is the easiest sale imaginable because we are not asking the customer for the funds.
We have maps of all the hard-hit areas in the Chicago Suburbs and we target those who have sustained hail damage in particular. We offer the customer a free inspection and if their home qualifies we work with them to file a claim. The pitch is very easy and straightforward. It's like doing 50 elevator pitches a day and out of that you should see a couple of leads a day and average 10 Leads per week.
Commissions for the average sale of houses we target are $3,000. A good salesperson can keep at least one job per week or more on the schedule. There are approximately 33 working weeks in the season March-October. A six figure income is easily reachable in just 7-8 Months worth of work. Winters off.
We are also hiring for project management positions, inspectors, closers, and secretaries. If you already have experience in this industry that's a plus. It is not necessary as we will train.
