What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Agent - Car Rental (Pensacola International Airport) position at American Rent-A-Car?

What you will be doing:
1. Making outbound calls to customers to confirm reservations
2. Data entry of customers basic information into the reservation (i.e. address, DL number, insurance info)
3. Verifying rental qualifications (inbound/outbound flight itinerary, insurance coverage)
4. Verifying customers insurance
5. Offering optional up-sell packages to the customer to compliment their reservation
6. Processing rental agreements and assigning vehicles to customers

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
