Who You Are :

We are currently searching for a Scheduling Coordinator, reporting to a Territory Manager, to add to our service delivery team to deliver the highest standard of customer service and collaboration. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starter, who strives to creatively resolve issues, thinks outside of the box, is detail-oriented, reliable, able to collaborate with their team, and enjoys being a part of a supportive, growing company.

In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will :

First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.

Utilize your 2 years of experience in related fields such as production planning, production scheduling, routing, and construction project coordination in addition to your high school diploma or equivalent vocational

Use your communication skills to complete reports, writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication

Use critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment to develop creative and effective solutions

Showcase your advanced analysis and data visualization skills while utilizing software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes

What You’ll Get :
