We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives, connecting customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements.
As a Sales Professional at ARS, you will have access to:
- A robust sales lead pipeline provided by ARS, eliminating the need for canvassing or cold-calling
- An uncapped commission opportunity, with potential earnings ranging from $100k to $200k per year

Requirements:
- Prior experience selling residential services in the home
- Some locations may require HVAC-specific experience
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area using a company-provided work vehicle
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces regularly
- All candidates must undergo pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
